About me

I hope everyone here coming to my website has been staying safe an healthy during this COVID-19 health crisis. Work is surely tough for all of us right now wit everything going on, and can’t wait to work with all of you and any of you once this is all wrapped ups nd we get through this. Until that safer time, I am here and available for all kinds fo work and this is a. great time to make new connections and broaden horizons however we can. If your business is still up and running, lets put on something great together!

I am Connor Wilson, a BFA graduate of Montclair State University of Theatre Production and Design, concentrating in Lighting Design/Technology. I have had experience in all kinds of roles from Lighting Designer, Assistant Lighting Designer, Master Electrician, and an electrician on many productions and venues. One of my most proudest achievements was being the lighting designer for Acoustic Space which won the award for "Best Play" in the Strawberry One Act Festival 2014 in NYC. Currently I am on the electrics prep and load in for Six The Musical on Broadway. I am also freelancing in the NY/NJ areas as an Lighting Designer, Assistant Lighting Designer, and electrician for companies such as Theatrical Resources, CNBC Studios & Frost Prodcutions. Most recently I did shop prep at Christie Lites Broadway for David Byrne’s American Utopia (Broadway/Boston), worked as an electrician for Bill & Melinda Gates’ Goalkeepers 2019 Gala at Jazz at Lincoln Center, and was an electrician for the Global Citizen Festival 2019 in Central Park. I am also now a freelance Lighting Designer/Programmer & Technician for Crowdsync Technology, specializing in their LED bracelets and other products for tons of sports, concert, and corporate events.
